Né à Montréal, Canada, en 1968, Vice a été bercé par la musique électronique dès son plus jeune âge. Fasciné par les sonorités et les rythmes entraînants de la musique techno, il a commencé à produire ses propres morceaux dans les années 1990. Au fil des ans, sa musique a évolué, passant de la techno pure et dure à une approche plus expérimentale et avant-garde. Vice a également exploré de nombreux genres musicaux, du hip-hop à la musique classique. En plus de sa carrière en solo, il a collaboré avec de nombreux artistes et groupes, dont les DJ/producteurs Richie Hawtin et John Acquaviva, le rappeur canadien K-os, et le violoniste virtuose Joshua Bell. Vice est également connu pour ses performances live énergiques et captivantes, mêlant musique, vidéo et arts visuels.
