De muzikale artiest ATB, wierooknaam van de Duitse André Tanneberger, is een Duits dj, muziekproducent en componist, geboren op 26 Juni 1973 in Oost-Duitsland. ATB is vooral bekend van zijn hits in de jaren 90 en 2000, zoals "9 PM (Till I Come)", dat tot op heden zijn enige nummer 1 hit in het Verenigd Koninkrijk is. Wereldwijd erkend, wordt hij beschouwd als een van de grootste namen van de dance- en elektronische muziekscene. ATB begon zijn carrière met de groep "Sequential One" in 1993. Hij begon vervolgens aan zijn solocarrière in 1998 met zijn eerste album "Movin' Melodies". Sindsdien heeft hij meer dan tien albums uitgebracht. Naast zijn muzikale carrière is ATB ook een sluw ondernemer. Hij richtte in 2000 zijn eigen label, ATB Music, op en werkte samen met grote namen als Armin van Buuren, Tiesto en Miss Jane. Ondanks zijn succes heeft ATB zijn roots nooit vergeten. Naast zijn muzikale werk is hij bekend om zijn betrokkenheid bij diverse goede doelen en zijn wil om jonge musici te helpen om hun weg te vinden. De carrière van ATB is schitterend vanwege zijn gave om zich te ontwikkelen met de tijd terwijl hij trouw blijft aan zijn eigen stijl. Dit heeft ervoor gezorgd dat zijn invloed stand heeft gehouden, terwijl veel andere musici van zijn generatie zijn verdwenen van het toneel. Zijn toewijding aan muziek, zijn passie voor dj'en produceren hebben ervoor gezorgd dat hij een van de meest gerespecteerde en invloedrijke artiesten van de elektronische muziekindustrie is geworden.
