Cosmic Gate is een Duitse trance muziekduo, bestaande uit Claus Terhoeven en Stefan Bossems. Ze begonnen in de muziekindustrie in 1999 en hebben zich langzaam maar zeker gevestigd als zuilen van het genre met hits als "Exploration of Space" en "Fire Wire". Het duo heeft vaak samengewerkt met andere grote namen in de trance scène en heeft remixes gemaakt voor goed gevestigde artiesten.
