PVR (Pascal van Rossum) è un artista olandese di musica elettronica. Ha iniziato la sua carriera come DJ e produttore di musica techno negli anni '90. Nel 2000, ha creato l'etichetta di musica elettronica Moustache Records. Nel 2006, ha pubblicato il suo primo album solista, "The New World Order". Nel 2011, ha rilasciato il suo secondo album, "The Future Is Now".
