"Major Lazer è un gruppo di musica elettronica statunitense fondato dai produttori Diplo e Switch nel 2009. Il gruppo è noto per la fusione di musica elettronica con elementi di generi come reggae, danza, moombahton e trap. Da quando è stato fondato, Major Lazer ha subito cambiamenti nella formazione. Dopo la partenza di Switch nel 2011, si sono uniti al gruppo i DJ e produttori Jillionaire e Walshy Fire. Successivamente, nel 2019, Ape Drums ha sostituito Jillionaire nel gruppo.
