Julie Thompson è un'artista britannica nata il 3 luglio 1984 a Londra, in Inghilterra. Ha iniziato la sua carriera come cantante, per poi entrare nel mondo del cinema recitando nel film di commedia britannico "The Inbetweeners Movie" nel 2011. Ha anche fatto apparizioni in varie serie televisive britanniche, come "Misfits", "Fresh Meat" e "The Hour". Nel 2016, ha fatto il suo debutto alla regia con il cortometraggio "Standby", presentato al festival del film BFI Flare.
