Jack White, né John Anthony Gillis le 9 juillet 1975 à Detroit, Michigan, est un musicien, chanteur, auteur-compositeur, producteur et acteur américain. Principalement connu comme le chanteur et guitariste du groupe de rock The White Stripes, Jack White a également eu du succès en tant que membre d'autres groupes comme The Raconteurs et The Dead Weather. Son style musical est fortement influencé par le blues, le rock et le folk. En plus de sa carrière avec des groupes, il a également mené une carrière solo réussie. Jack White est également le fondateur du label indépendant Third Man Records. Il est connu pour son approche minimaliste de la musique et son utilisation inventive des instruments. Outre sa musique, White a également marqué l'industrie par ses opinions sur la modernité et la technologie dans la musique, promouvant souvent une approche plus traditionnelle et artisanale.
