4 Strings est un groupe de musique trance néerlandais. Le groupe a été fondé en 1998 par Jan De Vos et Carlo Resoort. Ils ont connu un succès retentissant dès le début avec des titres tels que "Day Time" et "Take Me Away (Into The Night)", qui ont largement été retransmis par de nombreux DJs internationaux. 4 Strings n'a pas seulement connu le succès avec ses propres titres, il est toujours demandé pour les remix de nombreux artistes populaires. Le duo est composé de Carlo Resoort, qui est producteur, et de Jan De Vos, qui est le DJ. Au début, Vanessa van Hemert faisait partie du duo en tant que chanteuse. Cependant, elle décide de se retirer en 2005 et a été remplacée par différentes voix dans plusieurs titres. Malgré les nombreux changements de vocaux, le son distinctif de 4 Strings reste constant et identifiable. Ce groupe est toujours actif et continue de produire de la musique qui plait à ses fans du monde entier. Ils ont une empreinte indélébile sur le mouvement trance et continuent d'infléchir son avenir avec leurs compositions innovantes.
