Wiegel Meirmans Snitker is a Dutch musical artist. He was born in 1966 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After studying music at the University of Amsterdam, he continued his training at the Royal Academy of Music in London. In 1992, he joined the Nederlands Kamerkoor as a soloist, before being appointed as its choirmaster. In 1998, he became the choirmaster of the Nederlands Kamerkoor, conducting the choir in numerous productions. In 2002, he was promoted to musical director of the choir, and artistic director in 2006.
