Venetica is an action-adventure video game developed by Deck13 Interactive and published by DTP Entertainment. The game was released in Germany on September 10, 2009 and in North America on February 9, 2010. It was ported to Xbox 360 on October 28, 2010. The game is set in a fantastical world inspired by the Italian Renaissance. The player takes on the role of Scarlett, a young woman who must prevent evil from seizing a magical artifact that can control time. To do so, she must traverse numerous environments and face many enemies. The game was well received by critics, who praised its art direction, gameplay, and music.
