Tropical Groove is a French tropical music group founded in 2010 by musicians Olivier Lacrouts (piano, keyboards), Benjamin Maillard (double bass), and Nicolas Maillard (drums). The trio quickly established themselves as a reference in Afro-Cuban groove and Latin sounds in general. With over 200 concerts under their belt, Tropical Groove has shared the stage with numerous artists such as Manu Dibango, Omar Sosa, Youssou N’Dour, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Hugh Masekela, Roberto Fonseca, Buena Vista Social Club. Their music, both festive and melancholic, is a captivating journey to the heart of the Caribbean and its frenzied rhythms.
