BIOGRAPHY
Trevor Mclachlan is a Canadian musician and producer, born on June 26, 1981 in Toronto. He grew up in the city of Mississauga, Ontario. Trevor began his musical career as a drummer in a local punk rock band called "The Scenics" at the age of 15. After leaving the band, he went on to study music production and mixing. In 2003, Trevor co-founded the Canadian independent label "Hand Drawn Dracula" with his friend Ian Daniel. The label was created with the aim of promoting experimental and avant-garde music. Trevor has produced and mixed numerous albums for the label, including those of "The Dirty Projectors", "Tim Hecker" and "Daniel Lanois". In 2010, he formed the rock band "The Darcys" with his friend Jason Couse. The band released two albums, "The Darcys" (2011) and "Warring" (2013), before disbanding in 2014. Trevor has since continued his solo career, releasing his first album, "Trevor Mclachlan" (2016).
