Syndy Emade, also known as Syna, is a French-Cameroonian singer, songwriter, and musician, born on June 26, 1991, in Douala.
Raised in a family passionate about music, she began writing her own songs at the age of 15. She made her stage debut in 2007, performing in various clubs and bars in Douala. In 2009, she participated in the first edition of the musical competition "Cameroon Got Talent," where she finished third.
In 2011, she released her first single "Tous les mêmes," followed by her first album "Au-delà des mots" in 2012. The album was a success in Africa, reaching number one on the charts in France, Belgium, and Cameroon. In 2013, she released her second album "Un autre monde," which was also a success.
In 2014, she released her third album "Rêves," which was certified gold in France. The album was also a success in Belgium and Cameroon. In 2016, she released her fourth album "Au cœur de moi," which was her second album to be certified gold in France.
In 2018, she released her fifth album "Origines," which was her third album to be certified gold in France. The album was also a success in Belgium and Cameroon.
