Splitscreen

BIOGRAPHY

"Splitscreen is a French electronic music group originating from Lyon. The band is composed of two musicians: Nicolas Laugier and Jérémie Grima. The two musicians met in 2006 and immediately began collaborating. In 2007, they released their first album, titled "Splitscreen." Since then, the group has released two other albums: "Second Screen" (2009) and "Third Screen" (2011). The musical style of Splitscreen is difficult to define, but it can be described as a fusion of electronic music, jazz, and classical music. The two musicians use electronic and acoustic instruments to create rich and complex sound textures. Their compositions are often melodic and introspective, and they explore many different musical genres. Splitscreen has been well received by critics and the group has won numerous awards. In 2009, their album "Second Screen" was nominated for the French Electronic Music Prize. In 2011, their album "Third Screen" was nominated for the European Electronic Music Prize. Splitscreen is a constantly evolving group and they continue to explore new musical territories. They have already released three albums and are currently working on a fourth. The group is also very active on social media, and they have a strong community of fans on Facebook and Twitter."
