In 2011, he released his fourth album, Smoke & Mirrors, which was a critical and commercial success. In 2016, he released his fifth album, Timecode, which was a commercial success and was certified gold. In 2018, he released his sixth album, We Are All We Need, which was a commercial success and was certified gold. In 2020, he released his seventh album, Back to the Future. Simon Patterson is regarded as one of the best trance music DJs and producers in the world.
