Scenica is a French electronic music group formed in 2012 by musicians Nicolas Laugier and Benjamin Maumus. Their music is influenced by house, techno, and trance, and they have released several albums on their own label, Scenica Music. They have also remixed songs for various artists, including David Guetta, Calvin Harris, and Martin Garrix. In 2016, their song "Rise" was selected as the official soundtrack of the Olympic ski alpine competition. Laugier and Maumus both grew up in the city of Grenoble, France. They began making music together in high school and later studied electronic music in university. After graduating, they decided to pursue a musical career together.
