"Robin Alm (born October 5, 1986) is a Swedish musician. She is the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the band The Sounds.
Alm was born in Halmstad, Sweden. She started playing the guitar at the age of eleven. She formed The Sounds in 1999 with her friends Felix Rodriguez and Johan Bengtsson. The band released their debut album, Living in America, in 2002.
The Sounds' second album, Dying to Say This to You, was released in 2006. The first single from the album, "Tony the Beat", was a top ten hit in Sweden.
The band's third album, Crossing the Rubicon, was released in 2009. The first single from the album, "No One Sleeps When I'm Awake", was a top ten hit in Sweden.
The Sounds' fourth album, Something to Die For, was released in 2011. The first single from the album, "Better Off Dead", was a top ten hit in Sweden.
The band's fifth album, Weekend, was released in 2013. The first single from the album, "Shake Shake Shake", was a top ten hit in Sweden.
The Sounds' sixth album, Tired of Hanging Around, was released in 2016.
Robin Alm is married to musician Niclas Frisk. The couple have two children together."
