Pete Silver is a Franco-American musical artist. Born in Paris in 1965, he spent his childhood in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of New York. His musical career begins in the New York clubs, where he plays blues and rock. In 1990, he founded the band Pete Silver & The Blues Express, which released the album "Live at the Cotton Club" in 1992. The group disbanded in 1995. Silver then turned to folk and country music. His first solo album, "Songs from the Americana Suite", was released in 2000, followed by "The Long Road Home" in 2003 and "The Ghost of Hank Williams" in 2007. Today, Pete Silver resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
