BIOGRAPHY
"Overseas is a French musical duo consisting of Simon Carpentier and Pierre-Louis Carpentier, two brothers hailing from Normandy.
The Carpentier brothers began making music together from a young age, and their passion for electronic music led them to form Overseas in 2006. The duo's first EP, 'Overseas', was well-received by critics, and their first album, 'The Sea', was released in 2009 to similar acclaim.
Overseas has been described as providing 'a perfect balance between melody and rhythm', and their music has been compared to that of Air, Daft Punk, and Boards of Canada.
The duo has extensively toured across Europe and North America, and their music has been featured in numerous films and television shows."
