He is best known for his role in the story of the Trojan Horse, in which he deceived the Trojans into believing that the horse was a gift, while it was full of Greek soldiers. After the war, Odysseus embarked on a ten-year journey home. He faced many challenges along the way, including the wrath of the sea god Poseidon and the dangerous Cyclops. Odysseus eventually returned home to Ithaca, where he was reunited with his wife and son. He then killed all of the suitors who had been courting Penelope in his absence.
