Michael Kirkwood is an electronic and hip-hop musician from Los Angeles, California, born in 1981. He began his career as a DJ and producer at the age of 18. In 2000, he released his first album, "The Blue Album," under the name "K-Solo," followed by "The Red Album" and "The Green Album" under the same name. In 2004, he adopted the name "Kirkwood" and released his first album under this pseudonym, "The Black Album." In 2006, his second album was released under the name "Kirkwood," titled "The White Album," followed by "The Grey Album" in 2009 and "The Gold Album" in 2012. Kirkwood has also released several mixtapes and singles, as well as his fifth album in 2014, "The Platinum Album." He is also known for his collaborations with artists such as Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Eminem, 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, Kendrick Lamar, and Lil Wayne.
