MarsCruiser is an American alternative rock band formed in 2006 in Los Angeles, California. The group consists of three members: lead singer and guitarist Andy Dick, bassist and backing vocalist Paulie Z, and drummer Aaron Redfield. Their music is a blend of rock, pop, and folk, and their songs often tackle personal and introspective themes. In 2007, the group released their first album, "The Space Between," which was well received by critics. In 2009, they released their second album, "Electric Honey," which was even more successful than the first. In 2011, the group released their third album, "The Sun and the Moon," which was well received by critics and was named one of the best albums of the year by several publications. In 2013, their fourth album, "Shadows of the Sun," was also well received and was praised by several publications as one of the best albums of the year. In 2015, the release of their fifth album, "Into the Light," was once again praised by critics and recognized as one of the best albums of the year by several publications.
