Lala Project is a French music group composed of two artists, Laurence Boccolini and Pascal Obispo. Laurence Boccolini is a French singer and actress, born on June 4, 1963, in Paris. She is known for her role in the television series "Les Mystères de l'amour". Pascal Obispo is a French singer and composer, born on January 6, 1965, in Bergerac. He is famous for his songs "Plus haut", "Lucie" and "Tombé pour elle".
Lala Project was created in 2009 by Laurence Boccolini and Pascal Obispo. The group released its first album, titled "À la folie", in 2010. Their second album, "Les rêves", was released in 2012.
Lala Project has won numerous awards, including the Génération NRJ prize in 2011 and the Glamour Music prize in 2012.
The group was chosen to represent France at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2013 with the song "Un jour d'été". The song was ranked 18th in the contest.
Lala Project announced a break in their activities in 2014 so that Laurence Boccolini could devote herself to her acting career. Pascal Obispo continued his solo career.
The group reformed in 2016 and released their third album, "Les rêves", in 2017.
