Kyamoto (Kyōmoto), a Japanese artist who made his debut in 1981, was born in Osaka, Japan, on March 4, 1961, and grew up in the city of Kobe. As a child, he was passionate about music and learned to play the guitar. After finishing high school, he studied music at Osaka University. In 1981, Kyamoto and Tak Matsumoto founded the Japanese rock group B'z. The group immediately found success with their first album, "B'z," which reached the top of the Japanese charts. Since then, B'z has released over 40 albums and has sold over 80 million albums worldwide. In addition to B'z, Kyamoto has also worked as a solo artist and with other artists. He has released several solo albums, including "Guitarhythm" (1992), "Naked" (1995), and "Finger" (2000). He has also collaborated with artists such as Seiko Matsuda, Kiyoshiro Imawano, and Tetsuya Komuro. Kyamoto is considered one of the best bassists in Japan. He was named "Bassist of the Year" at the Japanese Music Awards in 2002 and 2003. In 2006, he was named "Bassist of the Year" at the Japan Gold Disc Awards.
