John Sunlight is a French artist in electronic and minimalist techno music. He began his career as a DJ and producer in 2000 and released his first album, "Sunlight", in 2002. Since then, he has published two other albums, "Nova" (2004) and "Electricity" (2006), as well as a series of singles and remixes. Sunlight is known for his pared-down, melodic compositions, as well as his energetic live performances. In 2010, he was ranked among the top 100 minimal techno DJs by the French magazine "Trax."
