BIOGRAPHY
"Jody Wisternoff is a British house and progressive music producer and DJ. He is best known for being a founding member of the duo Way Out West. In addition to his solo career, he has also worked with numerous other artists, including Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, Erasure, among others.
Born and raised in Bristol, England, Wisternoff began his musical career playing guitar in several rock bands. It wasn't until 1987 that he discovered house music and began producing his own tracks. In 1991, he formed the duo Way Out West with Nick Warren. The duo found international success with singles such as "The Gift", "Ajna", and "Mindcircus".
In addition to his work with Way Out West, Wisternoff has also released several solo albums and collaborated with various artists. He has worked with Depeche Mode on their album "Exciter" and with Pet Shop Boys on their album "Electric". He continues to produce music and perform in clubs and festivals around the world."
