BIOGRAPHY
Jan Oostdyk is a Dutch composer, born in 1977. After studying classical piano and composition at the Utrecht Conservatory, he began his career as a film and television music composer. He has recently also written music for theater, including the opera "The Tempest" (based on the play by William Shakespeare) and the musical "The Diary of Anne Frank" (based on the diary of Anne Frank). His music has been performed by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, the London Symphony Orchestra, and the BBC Symphony Orchestra, among others.
