Gofman Las Salinas Tsukerman is a Franco-Russian electronic music artist. Born in 1981 in Saint-Petersburg, Russia, he was raised in France. Initially a classical pianist, he quickly turned to electronic music. In 2000, he co-founded the French label Kompakt and released his first solo album "Gofman Las Salinas Tsukerman" in 2001. His second album, "Tsunami", released in 2003, was a commercial success and was nominated for a Grammy Award. "Kosmos", his third album released in 2006, was critically acclaimed. In 2009, "Tidal Wave", his fourth album, was also a commercial success and was nominated for a Grammy Award. "Eclipse" (2012) and "Supernova" (2015), his fifth and sixth albums, were also well received by critics and nominated for a Grammy Award.
