Gareth Davies is a British musical artist born in England in 1965. He began his career as a singer and guitarist in the rock band The Alarm. Although The Alarm experienced limited commercial success, the group was very popular among rock fans. Davies left the group in 1991 to focus on his solo career. His solo music is influenced by folk, rock, and classical music. To date, he has released eight solo albums, three of which have been nominated for British music awards. In addition to his solo career, he has also composed music for films and television shows.
