Foundry is a French electronic music group, hailing from Paris. Founded in 2006 by musicians Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoît Dunckel, the group also consists of bassist Simon Lord, guitarist Laurent Brancowitz, and drummer Loïc Gouzer. The group's music is mainly influenced by house, techno, and disco. In 2007, Foundry released their first album, "Electricity", which was well received by critics. In 2009, the group released their second album, "Dance", which was even better received than the first. In 2011, Foundry released their third album, "Fusion", which was well received by critics. In 2013, Foundry released their fourth album, "Renaissance", which was even better received than the first three.
