Dodo Basnak, French musical artist born in 1966, grew up in a family of musicians and began his career playing jazz in the clubs of Paris. In 1986, he founded the Dodo Basnak Quartet and released his first self-titled album, "Dodo Basnak". Since then, he has released eight solo albums and has collaborated with numerous renowned artists such as Youssou N'Dour, Manu Dibango and Salif Keita. Dodo Basnak is now recognized as one of the best French musicians of his generation.
