BIOGRAPHY
Derelict is a Canadian music group formed in 2006 in Montreal, Quebec. The band consists of five members: Francis Fillion (vocals and guitar), Simon Girard (guitar), Jonathan Lefebvre (bass), Étienne Gallo (drums) and Pascal Boucher (keyboards).
Derelict has released two studio albums, Unspoken Words (2008) and Perpetual Motion (2010). Their music is a blend of progressive metal and deathcore, with influences of jazz and classical music. The group toured Europe in 2009 and played at the Rosfest progressive music festival in 2011.
Derelict disbanded in 2013, but reformed in 2016. They released a new studio album, Pathogen, in 2017. The group continues to tour and perform at various metal festivals.
