Darren Styles is a British record producer and DJ of electronic music, born on October 20, 1979 in Colchester, England. Darren began his musical career playing piano and trumpet in a local brass band. At the age of 13, he discovered house music and began writing his own compositions. At the age of 16, he began working as a DJ in local clubs. In 1998, he released his first production, "I Need You", under the name Darren Tate.
