Chris Hoff is an American musician born on June 15, 1974, in San Francisco, California. He began his musical career playing piano and guitar in San Francisco clubs at the age of 16. In 1992, he joined the alternative rock band Third Eye Blind, with whom he played until 1999. Following this, Hoff embarked on a solo career, releasing his first album, "The Distance", in 2001. In 2003, he released his second album, "Lonely Nights", followed by "The Other Side" in 2005. A covers album, "Covers", was also released in 2006.
