Bloodhound Gang is an American rock band from Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The group is known for its humorous lyrics and wild stage performances. Bloodhound Gang was formed in 1992 by Jimmy Pop Ali and Lüpüs Thünder. The group achieved commercial success with its second album, One Fierce Beer Coaster, which reached number 6 on the Billboard 200. The band's third album, Hooray for Boobies, was even more successful, reaching number 3 on the Billboard 200 and selling over two million copies in the US. The single "The Bad Touch" became an international hit, reaching number 1 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Belgium. Bloodhound Gang has released five studio albums, one live album, and two compilations. The group disbanded in 2005, but had a temporary reunion in 2009. In July 2013, the group announced its official return and released a new album, Dimesland, in 2016.
