BIOGRAPHY
Ankhen was a French music group formed in Paris in 1977 by lead singer and guitarist Pascal Languillat and keyboardist Philippe Draï. They were later joined by drummer Jean-Pierre Pasquali and bassist Alain Maratrat.
Ankhen's musical style was a blend of progressive rock, new wave, and pop. Their first album, Ankhen, was released in 1978. It was followed by two more albums, Les Yeux du Ciel (1979) and La Voix du Silence (1981). The group disbanded in 1982.
