Andy Hope is a German electronic music artist. He began his career playing classical music, but was inspired by electronic music after listening to Kraftwerk. In 1984, he co-founded the group DAF with singer Gabi Delgado-López. The group achieved commercial success with their album "La Décadence Allemande", which was certified gold in Germany. In addition to his solo work, Andy Hope was nominated for a Grammy in the category of Best Electronic/Dance Music Album in 2006 for his album "Hope & Glory."
