Alphalifter is a French musical artist born in 1977. He began his career as a DJ and electronic music producer before turning to the composition of classical and jazz music. His compositions have been performed by numerous classical and jazz orchestras and ensembles, as well as by renowned artists such as Yo-Yo Ma, Sting, and Andrea Bocelli. In 2012, he was awarded the French Classical Music Prize for his album "Requiem for an Angel."
