Minelli, born Laura Mariana Nicorescu, is a Romanian musical artist whose style ranges from pop to electronic music. Born on March 7, 1990, she began her musical career in 2010 by participating in various contests and TV shows in Romania. It was in 2013, after signing with Cat Music, a Romanian record label, that her career took a new direction. Minelli started releasing hits such as "Innocent", "Empty Spaces", and "Love on You" which propelled her to the forefront of pop and electronic music in Romania. Her songs have been well received by both the public and critics, giving her international visibility. In 2018, Minelli released her single "Empty Spaces" with a participation in the famous Eurovision contest. It is also worth noting that Minelli sings in English in most of her songs, contributing to her international success. Her poignant lyrics combined with her powerful and sensual voice make Minelli an artist to watch closely on the international music scene.
