"Manhattan Cowboys is an American music group formed in 1979 in New York. The group consists of five members: John Oates (singer and guitarist), Darryl Hall (singer and bassist), Todd Rundgren (guitarist), Kasim Sulton (bassist), and Prairie Prince (drums). The band's music is a blend of pop, rock, R&B, and soul. The group experienced commercial success with their albums 'Private Eyes' (1981) and 'H2O' (1982), both of which reached the Top 10 of the Billboard 200. The band also had a hit with the single 'Maneater' in 1982. Manhattan Cowboys was nominated for a Grammy Award in 1983 for their album 'H2O'. The group ceased touring in 1987, but reunited in 1998."
