BIOGRAPHY
Kwabs, whose real name is Kwabena Adjepong, is a British singer, songwriter, and music producer signed to Atlantic Records. He has released one studio album, Love + War.
Born in London, England, to Ghanaian parents, Kwabs grew up in Peckham and began singing and writing songs at the age of 14. He cites D'Angelo, Marvin Gaye, and Maxwell as musical influences.
In 2012, Kwabs released his first EP, Wrong or Right. The EP was well received and led to Kwabs being signed to Atlantic Records.
In 2014, Kwabs released his first full-length album, Love + War. The album was a critical and commercial success and was nominated for the Mercury Prize.
Kwabs is currently working on his second album.
