Gabry Ponte is an Italian DJ, producer, and radio presenter, globally recognized in the electronic music industry. He is best known as a member of the Italian pop-dance group Eiffel 65, who achieved international success with their hit single "Blue (Da Ba Dee)" in 1999. Born on April 20, 1973 in Turin, Italy, Ponte began his career as a DJ playing in various clubs and discotheques in his hometown. He later joined Eiffel 65 in 1998, and together they released three albums and several successful singles in the 2000s. The group disbanded in 2005, but reunited in 2010. In addition to his work with Eiffel 65, Ponte has also maintained a successful solo career. He released his first solo album, "Gabry Ponte," in 2002, followed by "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. DJ" in 2004, and "Love Songs in the Digital Age" in 2012. Alongside his DJ and producer career, Ponte is also a respected radio personality in Italy. Since 2006, he has worked for the Italian radio station m2o where he hosts his own show, "DEEJay Time."
