BIOGRAPHY
Dragonette is a Canadian electronic music group formed in 2005. The group consists of lead singer Martina Sorbara, bassist and producer Dan Kurtz (former member of the electronic music group New Deal), drummer Joel Stouffer, and guitarist Will Stapleton. Dragonette achieved commercial success with their debut album "Galore", which was released in 2007. The single "I Get Around" reached the top spot on the Billboard Dance/Club chart. Their second album "Fixin to Thrill" was released in 2009 and was also well received by both the public and critics. Dragonette has collaborated with many renowned artists such as Martin Solveig, Mike Mago, and Kaskade. In 2012, their collaboration with Solveig on the hit "Hello" earned them a Grammy nomination.
