Deborah Cox is a Canadian R&B singer, songwriter, and actress. Her 1998 single "Nobody's Supposed to Be Here" reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and remained there for two weeks, making it one of the longest-charting number-one singles in the chart's history by a female artist. Cox has also released seven albums, with her latest album, The Promise, released in 2008. She has also appeared in several films and television shows, including the lead role in the 2002 film, Chicago.
