Big Sean, born Sean Michael Leonard Anderson on March 25, 1988, in Santa Monica, California, but raised in Detroit, Michigan, is an American rapper known for his dynamic flow and clever lyrics. He was discovered by Kanye West and signed to his label GOOD Music in 2007. After releasing several mixtapes, his debut studio album, "Finally Famous," dropped in 2011 and became a commercial success, powered by hits like "My Last" and "Dance (A$$)."
His musical style blends hip-hop with R&B influences and often covers themes such as chasing dreams, personal relationships, and success. Some of his most notable albums include "Hall of Fame" (2013), "Dark Sky Paradise" (2015), which was certified Platinum in the US, "I Decided" (2017), and "Detroit 2" (2020).
