Arrow, born Alphonsus Celestine Edmund Cassell, was a musical artist from Montserrat, a small Caribbean island. Born November 16, 1949 and died September 15, 2010, he is primarily known for popularizing the soca genre, a form of music derived from calypso with influences of funk and soul.
Arrow is famous for his international hit "Hot Hot Hot", released in 1982. This song was a global success, becoming a recurring festive anthem in clubs, parties, and festivals around the world.
