Starshifters is a French electronic music group formed in 2006 by musicians Olivier Ducret (guitar, bass, keyboards) and Benjamin Ducret (drums, keyboards). Their music is influenced by new wave, synth-pop, and 1980s electronic music. In 2007, the group released their first album, "Dance With the Stars," which was well received by critics. In 2009, the group launched their second album, "Electronica," which was even more successful than the first. In 2011, the group released their third album, "Synthetica," which was praised as their best album to date by critics. In 2013, the group released their fourth album, "Electricity," which was received even more favorably than the first three.
