Skrillex, also known as Sonny John Moore, is an American electronic music artist born on January 15, 1988, in Los Angeles. He began his career as the lead vocalist of the post-hardcore band From First to Last, but gained prominence as a solo artist in the dubstep genre at the beginning of the 2010s.
