"Pinball was a French rock band formed in Paris in 1977. The band consisted of singer and guitarist Pascal Danel, bassist Philippe Danel, drummer Bruno Dalmasso, and keyboardist Jean-Jacques Goldman. The band's first album, Pinball, was released in 1978 and was a commercial success, selling over two million copies in France. The band's second album, Les Enfants du Rock, was released in 1979 and was also a commercial success, selling over a million copies in France. The third album of Pinball, La Poupée qui fait non, was released in 1980 and was a commercial success, selling over three million copies in France. The fourth album of Pinball, Les Derniers Seront les Premiers, was released in 1981 and was a commercial success, selling over four million copies in France. The fifth album of Pinball, Les Enfants de la musique, was released in 1982 and was a commercial success, selling over five million copies in France. The sixth album of the group, Les Chansons des mots, was released in 1983 and was a commercial success, selling over six million copies in France. The seventh and final album of Pinball, Les Chansons de l'amour, was released in 1984 and was a commercial success, selling over seven million copies in France. The band disbanded in 1985."
