Lorina is a French singer and songwriter. She was born in Paris in 1984. Her father is of Algerian origin and her mother is of Italian origin. She grew up in a working-class neighborhood in the city of Lyon. Lorina began her musical career as a rapper, but later opted for singing. She has released three albums, "Lorina" (2008), "Noir Désir" (2011) and "Au-delà des mots" (2014). Lorina's music is a mix of pop, R&B and hip-hop. She has won several awards, including the "Prix Constantin" in 2009 and the "Victoires de la Musique" in 2011.
